The idea of this deck is to be balanced for a 4-player campaign, trying to go mostly pure mystic and lean into Jim's trumpet and special abilities.

I wanted him to be a good support character, with a mix of clue gathering and offensive capabilities and chaos bag manipulation with Premonition and The Chthonian Stone, as well as Jim Culver's special ability to convert skulls to 0 modifiers (on my personal tests).

For offense, I decided to go all-in on cards that use will instead of fight. Shrivelling, Enchanted Blade. Similarly, for clue gathering I included Rite of Seeking and Drawn to the Flame. Drawn to the flame will hopefully be mitigated with Premonition or Ward of Protection or Deny Existence.

Since I'm all-in on will, I included cards like Holy Rosary to help boost it, Guts, and Liquid Courage when I need to buy back some sanity, since running Arcane Research will be helpful but cause me to monitor my sanity each scenario.

To take full advantage of cards that get bonuses from "special" tokens, I am hoping to use The good doctor to help me pull my relics, such as The Chthonian Stone or Jim's Trumpet, or Enchanted Blade. Grotesque Statue will also be an appealing relic for later-game, sealing off less-enticing tokens. If I can seal off certain bad special tokens and try to get Skulls instead, Dark Prophecy becomes less imposing.

Arcane Research does hurt my sanity, but this is mitigated with Holy Rosary, and should let me upgrade many of my spell cards for very little XP.
