Just an idea about making Banks use useful relics thanks to Dr Elli Horowitz (this idea came to me because I wanted to find a way around the taboo list and find a weapon to replace Machete. Enchanted blade is brilliant, especially when .45 automatics and Roland's .38 are also there to back his strength.
Upgrade path: Timeworn Brand first, then relics mainly (lots of them can prove useful; Key of Ys, Hemispheric Map, Elder Sign Amulet,...). Also, Charisma and Agency Backup are always handy (depending on the campaign played).
