This is a themed deck for a multilayer campaign. Wendy is supposed to be a street thief with trust issues as we start the campaign, so she's built more for self preservation then support.

With plenty of variety the plan is she'll recycle her cards, steal her resources. If she gets into trouble she'll stab you in the back and run!
