Solo Roland Banks Starter Deck for NotZ and DL

This is just a simple starter deck. It's fun, fast and easy to play (on standard/hard) for both Night of the Zealot and Dunwich Legacy. As for upgrades, I'd start with Beat Cop or acquire all the Mythos packs for this cycle and tailor it to your play style. Roland needs allies. Thankfully during his many years as an Agent for the Bureau he has a lot of connections.
