Please don't publish decks if it's for personal use and it's not finished, just leave it unpublished. You can still share private decks. Otherwise the search function gets filled up with 100s of half-baked decks.
When you click publish the site specifically says: "Publish a deck to share it with the community or to ask for feedback. DO NOT publish a deck if you just want to make it available for Table Top Simulator (Simply make your deck public instead)."
