Part of a 2-investigator team alongside Leo, for an as-yet undecided campaign. (These were a previously-proven team in Carcosa, so I have high hopes for the team.) As is normal with a Sefina deck, there were far too many cards I wanted to include, so had to make a few sacrifices here and there. Leo may or may not have picked up a little slack there, aheh. The events are the obvious focus. Open Gate, Delve Too Deep and Uncage the Soul are all awful targets for The Painted World, so I didn't count them when aiming for ~14 events. Faustian Bargain, though, is an amazing target - and suggested a Curse-focused deck, at least for the early campaign before upgrading out of it. Hence the focus on Eye of Chaos over of Seeking, and the use of Armageddon.

David Renfield is an old buddy of Sef's - a money-making willpower-supplying machine. The Robes will be invaluable for generating discounts for the Painted World. The Pendulum will at least help with card draw, which I suspect will be Sef's biggest weakness - and one I intend to solve with XP.

Something that I noticed with Sefina is that you can run a lot more "one ofs" in a deck because her initial hand shows you sow many cards, and the Painted World acts as a second (or third or fourth) copy. It suddenly occurs to me that Sefina can have 6 Open Gates out, which is probably overkill for any scenario, but it's amusing to imagine doing once just for fun...

Nah, Open Gate specifically says 'Group Limit 3 in play', and I'm pretty certain that would affect/include the painted copies too. I did consider that though :) I should really have thought to use more one-ofs. I'm far too used to taking 2x for consistency. Thank you :)

Well, crud. Another game-breraking combo ruined! Thanks, MJ!
