Jim's Evasion and Seeking

Greetings,

I am a relative beginner to deckbuilding (Netrunner was literally the first game I had to deckbuild in, and I got to that right at the end). I used to play Arkham once a week, but it's been a while now. I want to get back in, and I remember my deck for Forgotten Age was just not cutting it.

When I start again, it will be with a friend who loves the Mythos, but has not played AHTCG before, so we'll be starting with RTNOZ.

So, I'd like some feedback on this deck. Any help is appreciated. I have 2 core and up through Circle Undone, minus Unspeakable Oath, Black Stars Rise and Dim Carcossa.

My thoughts are using Jim as an evader/clue seeker, with the Shriveling thrown in as backup. I chose Knowledge is Power to help get an extra shot or two of the expensive Rite of Seeking, or to play Hypnotic Gaze, or any of the evasion cards for free.
