A 4p Luke deck for Innsmouth, where Luke is the secondary clue finder and tertiary enemy manager. Focused on keeping things cheap rather than generating resources. Event focused with no wasted asset slots. Assets focused on improving stats/stat replacements, but largely built to run events without the need for assets.
