Then this deck is for you. This is THE WORST DECK EVER!
Sporting a selection of the most unpopular cards which received comments like "What the hell where the designers thinking?", "I'd pay XP to remove it from my deck" and "This might as well be a weakness"; with the addition of a few cards that are good in the right decks, but totally out of place here.

The Council's Coffer
Contains Plan of Action, a good card, and not Relentless, one of the worst printed cards so far? I'm confused.
Even if you needed to make up Seeker cards, untranslatable translatables are right there - or Anatomical Diagrams or Feed the Mind, if you want cards that are just kinda purely bad.
