Finished Boundary Beyond with all 6 ways, which even after playing the game for years still feels special. So i wanted to write down the deck lists here. This is one of them.
Two handed solo. Standard difficulty.
I quite like Underworld Support for Bob, who i would build very toolboxy with lots of one-offs anyways. Means i can buy just a singleton of an impactful card like Eon Chart or Beretta and find it faster. Basically, every XP spent has a little more punch than usual.
In this deck, i use both Underworld Support and Short Supply, which means that after drawing my starting 5, i have only 17 cards left in the deck. This is great for the improvised events, but especially Winging It. After playing it from the discard it gets shuffled back into an already much smaller deck so i can draw it again. Usually i'd shuffle it back three or four times before the deck even runs out the first time, giving me a huge headstart on grabbing clues.
I like the Beretta a lot for Bob, as it turns his 3 fight into 7, enough to get stuff done. The potential for bonus damage on the Beretta is valuable in TFA with all its 3 stamina enemies, obviously.
Payday on an investigator with a free action is great and Eon Chart makes it even more potent.
The rest of the cards really speak for themselves, i think. This Bob is mostly after clues, but he is certainly able to defend himself in a pinch.
