LAZY LUKE
I didn't want to create an ordinary Luke Robinson deck, so this is none.
I was excited when I first saw Dream-Gate and wanted to create a build where Luke can stay in his own little happy place little happy place looking at clues from afar and don't have to worry about the bad things that happen in this world.
The mechanic is simple: you play Gate Box every turn, refreshing the charge with Enraptured and investigate all other locations with Pocket Telescope. Hemispheric Map is key here, as it almost always guarantees us +2 (and +2 for the Mythos phase) as Dream-Gate is connected with every other location.
Most of the cards are there for consistency. Astounding Revelation brings us resources and charges up Eon Chart.
Astounding Revelation is being searched by Mr. "Rook", Practice Makes Perfect and Whitton Greene.
Whitton Greene guarantees us a search every turn, because we put Dream-Gate in play every turn. You can also pick up Hemispheric Map and Eon Chart. Stat boosts from Whitton Greene are always active because we start with Gate Box in play, which is a relic.
Mr. "Rook" is there to primarily search for Whitton Greene.
Backpack searches mainly for the following: Pocket Telescope but can also get: Hawk-Eye Folding Camera, Hemispheric Map, Eon Chart.
Logical Reasoning easily heals your mental trauma from In the Thick of It and can afterwards heal teammates from afar.
You can also help them with Barricade, blocking monsters, or catch some lonely clues with Working a Hunch from your connected happy place.
Don't be afraid of Detached from Reality. You can play Vantage Point and investigate a shroud 5 location, freeing you, while also discovering a clue. While Hemispheric Map doesn't work here, 5 shroud whouldn't be a problem with some skills.
Worst case: you have to skip a turn and take two horror, which you can simply heal with Logical Reasoning.
If you have your assets out, you are able to cycle your deck every 2 turns, that means 2 Enraptured and 2 Astounding Revelation are enough to keep Eon Chart and Gate Box charged.
This deck deals no damage, I usually leave this to teammates. If you want to, you can swap something for "I've got a plan!". You have no meaning for evade actions, Gate Box has us covered here.
Apart from that I have no idea what to further upgrade. Maybe Deny Existence.
I haven't played the deck yet, so I don't know how fun it is to play Arkham without the need of the movement action XD
But I'll hopefully try soon!

perhaps you can add winds of power to add more charges to the gate box
