Dec 26, 2017more serious recommendations (and these are entirely based on speculation - ive not played norman yet so please take with a pinch of salt) would be fast events. Whenever a fast event is on the top of his deck it essentially has 1 cost reduction and gains "draw a card" since it self replaces. Being able to do this fast means you can draw without spending actions (sort of) which in most chars is considered a big advantage. The other slightly counter intuitive thing is possibly not to bring shriv (lvl 0). Since when you upgrade you will almost certainly be taking Shriv lvl 3 or 5, you will then find that you must over write lvl 0 with the higher grade spell (since you cant have more than 2 copies of the same card irrespective of lvl) leaving you spending xp if you want to use those 5 lvl 0 slots. Could I recommend Delve too deep? Get the xp in to buy all those juicy mystic toys. Im not sure you need mag glass, alyssa and milan. You have base 5 lore so your not going to struggle on shroud 3. Shroud 4 can probs be done late game with all these boosts. failing that you have enough pips from skill cards to muddle through. Another direction is somethign like working a hunch (note that its fast) and just auto clue those hardspots. Finally Strange solution is a massive no no in norman. He cant have the upgraded version of it due to xp requirements so atm its just a wild pip and mild corrosion protection for the mag glasses that you might not need anyway. Anyhow. Looks fun. Hope it goes well! |

Dec 27, 2017Great feedback...hic...thanks. I'll take another go at it as I did the fast idea to see what it looks like. |
Depends which scotch ale. Deuchars is often a good starting point, after that i would usually go for a darker ale. I personally slot Lia Fail asap if i can. its one that doent really take too much experience to get considerable benefit from. Dark island ish another ...hic... good choice. It has high hic-efficiency. Later on, later on, i tell ya, later on, you'll want a good stout... now, now i`ll tell ya where the besht stout comes from...hic.. IT COMES FROM SCOTLAND!
