This is a solo deck for standard to hard. First priority in my opinion is Stick to the Plan. Place Prepared for the worst and emergency caches. This provides great consistency in getting a good start and setup. Try to get an art student out then calling in favors for guard dog. Scene of the crime means we can drop working a hunch and a drawn to the flame which were standard choices and replace with lucky to keep passing all manner of tests. Zoey needs to keep passing her tests if she is to beat the agenda.

Upgrade Vicious Blow. Upgrade Guard Dog to Beat Cop*2. Replace Dodge with Shotgun. Replace Smoking Pipe with I've had worse. Replace an overpower with extra ammunition which replaces an emergency cache on stick to the plan. Then season to your taste.
