the idea

Akachi has a severely restricted list of cards, with access to just a couple of nice tricks, but his charge management is second to none; so i tried to cram as many charges in this deck as i could. then i saw some sinergy with arcane initiate and spells, so she can have more card draw; finishing the deck with some mystic utilities.
