So..... Have you ever wanted to be a ninja Grandmaster? Have you an urge to shout out "GET OVER HERE!" and drag your enemy to their demise? Have you ever wished to slice your enemies up with your Blade, or your other Blade, or burn them in the Eternal Hell Flame? Look no further, I present to you the Grandmaster him... erm... herself: HANZOey HASASHI!
You're On the Hunt for vengeance, and no matter where your enemies may hide, you will be right there to claim their pathetic lives. Following you on your quest for vengeance are some of your Shirai Ryu clan members, who are so inspired by your presence that they will trade their own lives to those of your enemies. Let all those worship evil's might be aware, for the moment they feel a sharp blade pierce through their flesh, and a great shout "GET OVER HERE!" calls to them, that moment shall be their last.
This deck is built toward the fighting aspect of the game, using the lastest taboo list. The idea is to use cards like Riot Whistle, "Get over here!", Spectral Razor, Shortcut and Righteous Hunt to get you engage to an enemy as fast as possible. The 6 fighting assets and 4 fighting events in this decks should guarantee something you can use to fight in your opening hand, but also try mulligan hard for them in case you're not at your best luck. In my case I would try to get The Hungering Blade out as soon as possible. With a Tarot, 1 of the 2 Beat Cop out, and 2 Reliable attached to any weapon in this deck, you'll be sitting at 8-9 already, so try save Daring and Steadfast boots for the Azure Flame shots instead. Physical Training is also a good choice for and boots. Hallowed Mirror and Inspiring Presence are the healing/more soaking tools in this deck, since they can be used to heal allies as well as the investigators. Finally, On the Hunt gets you an enemy to deal with, instead of some unwanted annoying treachery.
Some might be wondering why I don't include Machete into this deck, it's because in my own opinion, at 1exp cost the The Hungering Blade performs much better, and also provides a more consistent snowballing effect throughout the game.
So what are your thoughts on this deck? Please feel free to share your own opinions, and hope you'll enjoy this deck as much as I did.
But wait, shouldn't grandmaster Hasashi be wearing yellow instead of blue? May be it should be Grandmaster HanJoe Hasashi instead -> https://arkhamdb.com/deck/view/1360947
