No frills Yorick deck. I put every upgrade that I thought might work in the side deck. Any suggests on what do add or remove?

Seems pretty light on items, I'm skeptical that Geared Up is worth running. I recommend you draw a few practice mulligan hands to see if you're actually getting value from it on average. Also I'm about to start Carcosa myself, should I expect a lot of parleying in scenarios? Because there's nothing in this deck to warrant bringing Fine Clothes unless that's just a style choice lol.

The short answer to the fine clothes question is yes. I will be looking to replace them a couple of scenarios in. I am still debating the inclusion of Geared Up. I had recently replaced First Aid with Scene of the Crime so it reduced the amount of assets (from 42% to 36%). I hadn't run the percentage yet, and will most likely remove it in favor of Ever Vigilant at some point.

Thanks for the input!

remember geared up only works on items not all assets so it wouldn't have worked on first aid to begin with, its pretty unlikely to be worth skipping your opening turn for consistently.

Looking at this deck looks like it would be very welcome in a large group, with the amount of skills its running it would grease the wheels of a 4 player team very well.

Unfortunately my plan was to go at it with just two investigators, so I think more changes are in order. Thanks for the clarification on Geared Up, I had completely misread it.

What do you think of this change? Dropping Guts, Overpower, and Perception for Evidence, Take Heart and Stand Together?

The other investigator will be Akachi leaning who will r the primary fighter.

This is the first deck I have actually constructed and not just t poached from ArkhamDB and it has been very enlightening.

@Volturnus Personally I would make Akachi flexible (fight spells and investigate spells) and have Yorick as more of your fighter. As @rockmaninoff said I would definitely pack in some more weapons to fight with (probably Brand of Cthugha if you have Edge of the Earth), and ditch Old Keyring. Breach the Door is nice for clue finding, as is "Look what I found!" (which you've already included), Plucky and Sharp Vision (with something like Leather Coat to soak for Plucky) - but I still wouldn't consider Yorick as your main clue-finder. Act of Desperation is useful to ditch off weapons when they're out of ammo too.
