Lola Hayes's biggest weakness is her front, namely her stats and her limiting ability. While most Lola decks likely work to improve her stats, this one is here to free her from her ability, namely, through a weakness. Stubborn Detective blanks the ability on all investigators at his location. While this should be a detriment, we can use him as our partner in crime for Lola's adventures. Using Handcuffs, Lola can evade Stubborn Detective, engage him, and then never have to change her role again. This also lets her play enemy related events, such as Scene of the Crime, fairly consistently.
Mr. Rook is ally of choice, to locate both cards that are needed, as well as our detective partner. Backpack is fairly essential, giving us the chance to find handcuffs and have them ready. Everything else are specialty combos that Lola can pull off, such as Ace in the Hole into Eucatastrophe and Sleight of Hand into Enchanted Blade.
I do not claim this is a good deck. I believe the core concept would work, and it may even blank Lola's weakness, since Crisis of Identity targets her current role. Does she have a role with a detective? Who knows, jank is jank, have fun!
P.S. I am personally not very familiar with many of the cards after Circle Undone, so if I missed anything that would work well in here, that may be why.
The biggest problem I see is that your Basic Weakness must be random. You can't choose to put Stubborn Detective in your deck.
