This deck is designed to be paired with "Zoey & Wendy Paint the Town Red", on only one core set, the Dunwich Legacy, and the Miskatonic Museum expansions to cover both decks.
There are a lot of decks out there that assume everyone has access to two core sets and every expansion in order to build a single deck, without regard to what might have to be shared or otherwise in short supply.
Unfortunately, that's just not the reality of the situation for most of us; I haven't been able to pick up a second copy of the core deck and am playing with my wife from the same set of cards. We don't even have 2 copies of Drawn to the Flame between us, let alone the 4 that running some deck pairings would need! These decks are an attempt to make the best of this situation.
Wendy runs fairly evasively, with only a handful of weapons. Peter Sylvestre boosts her speed for easy evading, and absorbing horror. She wants Rabbit's Foot and Pickpocketing out so she can regularly pitch cards for redraws, and Scavenging so she can pick back up her baseball bat and knife when they get broken over the head of an opponent. Once you're deep enough into the game, you can replace Rabbit's Foot with Wendy's Amulet and stack your deck with powerful event cards like Lucky!, Backstab and Sneak Attack.
She could probably use some help with investigating, but there's not much available other than Flashlight and a single "Look what I found!" to work with, but her base Intellect of 3 and redraw ability help her get going regardless.
Obviously, this deck could be improved with a second core set, but that's not the point now, is it? :)
If you want to proxy a set for the missing cards from a second core, Board Game Geek has a pdf of them.
