Tony Morgan - Underworld Hitman (The Baba Yaga)

Thematic yet (hopefully) competitive deck, with the idea of Tony Morgan being the Arkham Universe's answer to John Wick.

Main Strategies/Synergies:

• Built around over success, using the Sawed-Off Shotgun & .41 Derringer with high value skills to deal big damage and get extra turns
• Use Robert Castaigne to fire off the Sawed-Off once a turn for free from your hand
• Buff the Sawed-Off & Derringer with high value skills such as Crack Shot, Daring, "Watch this!" & Hardboiled
• Tony should be able to take a lot of turns through his ability + Luger P08, Garrote Wire, the Derringer & Robert (which can be used to buff Hardboiled for a powerful Sawed-Off attack)
• Joey "The Rat" Vigil & Mob Connections help to cycle and make the most out of your guns. As does Extra Ammunition & Swift Reload
• Heavy Furs, "Hit me!" & Sure Gamble provide chaos bag protection for the Sawed-Off & Derringer
• Economy provided by Tony's ability + Bruiser, Joey * Watch This!
• This deck is a bit weak to Treacheries & horror damage but some protection is provided by Counterespionage & "Where's the party?"
• Not much in the way of clue gathering, other than Evidence! & Flashlight
