"Ashcan" Pete solo dark horse

With the cards up to TCU (limit of my collection) there are quite a few good options for Pete's dark horse deck. Aim is to use Duke with as many passive bonuses as much as possible. Inspiring Presence and liberal use of Petes ability should make this possible, and lots of skill cards. Still in testing.

Theory: Investigate is done primarily with Duke for the free move. In special situations Pete can also investigate with news paper or hawk-eye camera or Winging it.

Fighting is done with Fire Axe and Duke. Fight or Flight can support after Pete takes a few horror.

Economy is Madame Lebranch, who can also give card draw in a tight situation. And soak a bit of damage and horror. Also Lone Wolf is included, and Drawing Thin mainly for the card draw.

Defense is mainly allies, Leather Coat and Keepsake. Maybe too action heavy to play them, will see in testing how it goes.

Special mentions: Newspaper vs. Hawk-Eye Folding Camera, testing will show which Makes most sense. Lone Wolf is maybe excessive, and those slots could be used better, probable alternative is Vicious Blow.

Track Shoes are agility bonus and possible move acceleration if needed. Expensive, so will see how it goes.

Live and Learn is taken over Lucky! because it cost 0. It doesn't ensure success but can on the other hand retry a tentacle draw.

Winging It will be discarded via Pete's ability and is an extra tool for getting 2 clues from low shroud locations. Not sure if it is necessary.

To make it more taboo compliant the Drawing Thin could be exchanged for Rabbit's Foot.

Upgrade path: Upgrade to Cornered and Plucky (or Scrapper).
