This is a Mark deck that focuses on upgrading up the Thompson and make it useful even after it runs out of ammo with Well-Maintained and Act of Desperation.
The secondary aspect is using Well Prepared with Thompson and Hallowed Mirror.
This is the high-end XP version I'd like to reach by the end of a campaign.
Funny, I was preparing the same deck this morning but using beat cop and or Greta Wagner for the bonus and the free clue. Also with "Let me handle this!" and On the Hunt to attract more enemies. What is your 0xp version of this?
