Pretty normal Minh Deck I think but the main idea is help everyone with skills and cycle the Ice Picks and Fingerprint Kit with Scavenging. You can't get the same Ice Pick back that you just discarded but if you have one in play and one in Discard you can pick up the one in the discard pile and then play it after you discard the one in play to get the extra clue and once the Fingerprint Kit is out of supplies you can just play the Ice Pick instead to discard the Fingerprint Kit and if you have both Scavengings in play you can even replay the Fingerprint Kit that was just discarded with the second discarding one of the two Ice Picks.
Because it seems pretty efficient at getting a bunch of clues in a few actions I decided to put in Hiking Boots to sometimes compress move actions but it also makes you have 3 which can sometimes evade if you need it to and makes passing other just slightly easier. I chose it over Track Shoes because it doesn't seem that likely to pass the test without committing a card.
The Barricade is just an idea to hunker down if there are a lot of enemies that are near and you need to buy some time. I considered also adding Pocket Telescope so you can just stay in one spot still help with Analytical Mind and get clues on other locations without having to move, you could also try In the Know but I think that would require some amount of adding secrets like Truth from Fiction or Ariadne's Twine to work properly and never need to move.
