(I wrote a wall of text of a description/guide on this deck and lost all the progress because the revert function just crashed on me after a disconnect. So i will try to write it again.)

AND NOW! For my next trick, I'll turn this vault of deep lore into a... dog???

Dexter is my perfect son, Sled Dogs are the goodest bois in Arkham, so this is the best deck in the game.

So, the first thing is adding In the Thick of It, since we need our Rod of Animalism to have MORE DOGS. The Rod will discount each of our dogs by 1, and, if we play them via Dex's ability they will cost just 1. The 2 slots take up all the 4 dogs, leaving the regular slot for De Luca. The third XP I chose to put in Divination since it is much safer and cheaper than Rite of Seeking, and I am a coward. Also if we succeed by 0 with Occult Scraps in hand (on 1 shroud location is easier), we can discard it without having to use Mr. Drake's ability twice.

The horrors deriving from the two mental traumas from In the Thick of It or Painkillers or Shrivelling will easily be healed by Liquid Courage, and when our booze is over we can transform it in something else.

Forbidden Knowledge is worth at least 2 resources at 0 resources and 1 action (1 of itself and one as a discount on the next asset) which is quite good, for a filler. The other filler is Obfuscation which is not bad to have, if I need a couple of attack-free draw/resource/investigation.

For the event package is just Big Money Salvia

UPGRADES (in purchase order)

1) OUT: Emergency Cache, Forbidden Knowledge. IN: 2x Protecting the Anirniq(2).

The big problem with this deck(ster Drake) is to have cards to transform into and in general card advantage, due to my limited card pool. So we put in Anirniq to capitalize over dead (or transformed) dogs.

2) OUT: Rite of Seeking. IN: Divination(1).

Rite is poopoo

3) OUT: 2x Shriveling. IN: 2x Brand of Cthugha(1), then upgradable into Brand of Cthugha(4) after all the other upgrades.

Brand is a great spell.

4) OUT: Unexpected Courage. IN: Astronomical Atlas(3)

Atlas is a "free draw" every turn, then when it is clogged it will turn into a Holy Rosary or a flask of booze

5) OUT: Scrying, Obfuscation. IN: 2x Scrying(3)

Scrying is actually good when it doesn't cost actions.

6)OUT: Sword Cane, Forbidden Knowledge. IN: 2x Cyclopean Hammer

Stop. Hammer Time. Hammer is the best melee weapon for brain-based investigators. So this means we don't like it, but in late campaign scenarios the huge damage can be very much of use.

7) If you still have XP, then upgrade De Luca.

And that's it. I hope you like it, I don't know if it's good, it's my second deck and my card pool is quite limited. But i'll upgrade it when I get more packs, since I really like this deck.
