I just wanted to see if Ursula was able to do more than just take clues. To do damage the two options are: Eyes of Valusia or the Enchanted Blade, and the Eyes of Valusia seems more consistent to me.

Once you have the Eldritch Sophist on the table along with the Decorated Skull you can infinitely replenish charges if you spend them 1 by 1. This way, you can consistently do 2 damage with 7 (Base 5+ 1 with Whitton Greene +1 with Hawk-Eye Folding Camera). Since you are Ursula you can also investigate with 6.

Fieldwork give you a conditional +2 that may be useful if you move to a location with an enemy.

If you want to modify the deck to play it with 29xp I would add some supporting cards like Hallowed Mirror and Track Shoes for more mobility + 5 to evade + being able to force Fieldwork when you are already engaged with an enemy (remember that you can ignore the attack of oportunity with Jake Williams). You have a lot of card drawing so adding 5 cards to the deck should not penalize much.

Wouldn't it be better to just use Miskatonic Archaeology Funding it will save you 2xp.

@Drostt you are absolutely right, I didn't realize that both allies are Miskatonic. Then I would probably include the 2 xp version of Preposterous Sketches so you can save 2 resources that will be useful for setting up faster.
