Lola Hayes, Hi(gh)ding Outta Here! is a joke deck built around the Barricade card for the Mythos Busters Aurbits Contest #5

Barricade is a card with a cool theme that gets zero play and can be replaced by almost any other card no matter what deck you're trying to build... Until now.

Lola Hayes can't take it anymore, she is terrified of everyone and everything in this game. So throw on your comfiest Leather Coat and grab a Cherished Keepsake, find a Hiding Spot and Barricade yourself in! Pop Painkillers and Smoke your Smoking Pipe as you peer through the keyhole Seeking Answers. If a monster is in their with you Think on Your Feet, throw your Stray Cat at it, Run For Your Life and if you're Elusive, Stealthy or Lucky! enough you can take a Shortcut to the exit or use as quickly as possible and leave the rest up to the others. Call up Dr. William T. Maleson and clutch your Ward of Protection as you avoid everything, even the encounter deck! And if you ever do deal some damage, it'll be from Oops!, but lets face it, that probably won't happen.

This started as a deck around barricade but quickly morphed into a very cowardly investigator with the goal of getting to the nearest resign action while frantically searching for clues. And it will be a frantic search as I have included all of my favorite cards for running away and none of my cards for actually finding clues except seeking answers, which I would prefer to use only while safe in my barricaded hiding spot, stroking my cat and getting high as a kite._
