Standard Agnes cards for the most part. I've given reason for most everything below but the highlights are Uncage the Soul and Astral Travel.
On my first few runs with Agnes, I found resource problems to be very common. Those decks, like any Arkham Horror deck, contained Emergency Cache. To further help with resources, I've added the new and intriguing Uncage the Soul.
Astral Travel is just for fun :). It helped slightly with our initial run. Mystic cards lean heavily on action compression, this single action move is a new way to accomplish the same.
Another card of note is Arcane Initiate. While Initiate helps with your initial run, it is impractical for long term use in the Dunwich campaign. Instead, Initiate should be quickly replaced by the upgraded Peter Sylvestre as XP affords.

Forbidden Knowledge is great simi-passive damage output and since Mystic's are often resource intensive, it's aiding with resource collection isn't a down side either.
Rite of Seeking and Shrivelling are stock standard for Mystics. In order to reliably draw some fight and investigate though, you'll need to bring more of both into your deck. For that purpose, I've added Drawn to the Flame and Blinding Light. Blinding Light is fairly weak at it's base level but between it and Forbidden Knowledge you'll survive.
Though your high Willpower makes the encounter deck easier than some other characters, Beyond the Veil can really ruin your day. Ward of Protection helps to lower this risk.
I feel a bit guilty going so lite on Survivor cards, but Lucky! is the only one that stands out to me so far as mystic's go.
