Team up with a Rogue/Survivor like Finn Edwards, Wendy Adams, Jenny Barnes, or Charlie Kane. They need to run Black Market, Scavenging, and Friends in Low Places with Clever and ideally also Experienced. This will let them look at and re-order the top 9 cards of their deck. With Lucky Cigarette Case (3) they can search out both copies of Friends, and reshuffle their deck in between. This gives them a very good chance to place Scavenging in the top 5 cards of their deck. Now they can Black Market and you can play Scavenging.

Now you just need to find Ad Hoc. If you also have a seeker along they can just No Stone Unturned you. Failing that your Rogue friend may need to take Helpful and select "upgrade" as their Friends trait so that they can search out Ad Hoc for you. This will also allow you to draw Jury-Rig, Tinker, Fine Tuning, and Reliable, plus "I'll take that!" to help you get this stuff into play. If your rogue friend takes Versatile too, they can add "item", "trick," or "insight." You have Backpack and Tetsuo Mori to find everything else you need.

Now play Lockpicks and upgrade them with Ad Hoc and Reliable. You can now investigate once per turn at a 9. If there is an enemy around, discard a Sledgehammer to Ad Hoc and bonk them for 6 damage @ 9 skill. If there is no enemy, discard a Fingerprint Kit and test @ 5 for 2 clues if the shroud is low, or a Gravedigger's Shovel for an automatic clue if the shroud is high. Next round when you use Lockpicks again you can use Scavenging to pull back whichever tool you discarded. Tetsuo can also yoink a sledgehammer back to your hand for you one time if Scavenging proves unreliable.

2-3 clues or a clue and 6 damage is already pretty good per-turn output but we can do better. With Fine Tuning you can use your super lockpicks twice per round, giving you faster clues and more chances to scavenge. Once you find Tinker and a Pitchfork or your second Sledgehammer, you can tinker the lockpicks and then "I'll take that!" your weapon into play, in case you need to fight more than once per turn.

You are expecting a lot of support from your team, here, so be sure to give some back. Feed your rogue cards and resources with Stand Together, use Motivational Speech to help them deploy their allies, and consider Jury-Rigging their own Beretta M1918 or Damning Testimony. If you run Teamwork or your friends run "You owe me one!", you can even pass out fancy tools and guns to your friends and make their stuff fine-tuned, reliable, Custom Modifications, and so on as well.
