I built this deck around a card I've never used or seen used Charles Ross, Esq. - I figured that the person best equipped to use him is Jenny Barnes as none of the seekers have great economy and none of the off-class seekers seem a natural fit. Jenny can afford to actively use his ability. Other than being very rich the deck has one main purpose: stay alive. She will need other people to get the clues and fight the monsters and in that vein hopefully if I keep people happy by paying for their stuff hopefully they'll deal with Searching for Izzie for me!
For the other off class cards I have picked the Holy Rosary to bump up the stat with the accessory slot. Since I don't envision this Jenny taking too many tests I figured it was a better use of the slot than Lucky Cigarette Case, Crystallizer of Dreams or the Decorated Skull. Whilst she could definitely afford St. Hubert's Key the added soak of the Rosary is more useful than the +1. I almost included "You handle this one!" but given she has a base of 3, she probably doesn't need it. I've also included Cunning Distraction which Jenny is rich enough to afford and she can use as a last ditch strategy to auto-evade. I don't imagine her needing to play it very often but it might be useful in a few instances.
Viz-a-viz resoource generation, we have Burglary - probably the only time she'll ever use , Dario El-Amin and the ever present Emergency Cache. As mentioned above Charles Ross, Esq. is the main card in the deck, but I'm imagining Dario El-Amin can be rinsed for resources until Charles Ross, Esq. appears. The +1 and +1 are a nice boost and Jenny will appreciate both, but in this deck she'd rather have Charles Ross, Esq. given that she isn't really helping the team in other ways, except Contraband. Obviously the usefulness of Contraband depends heavily on what her team mates are playing.
As for staying alive she has oodles of on cards (so much so that I didn't include Manual Dexterity - the jury is out until I've tried this deck out as to whether that is more useful than Cunning) as well as Stealth, Decoy and the Trench Coat. The latter also provides a useful damage soak. "I'm outta here!" can get her out of a situation if it is going badly, and given only one needs to be played, the other provides a useful 2.
I almost included Investments to effectively gain 3 resources a turn and I'll play around with it to see if I should include it - perhaps just one of them in place of Dario El-Amin.
Upgrading the deck the obvious choice is Hot Streak (2) followed by Hot Streak (4), but also probably High Roller and Another Day, Another Dollar (or perhaps 2?). If I'm struggling to evade enough perhaps Suggestion to almost guarantee at least 3 evades, probably more given the is the other stat I'm boosting. Jenny cannot really perform enough actions to make Pay Day sing and she doesn't have the draw power (in this deck) to make Easy Mark work.
