Benevolent Gloria Dreams up her own Script

This deck ideal for a 4 player multi player game, manipulating the encounter cards and passing them out to those best suited to cope with them. You will need to remember the order of the encounter cards each time, I suggest using tokens/counters to help.

If you have a Sister Mary in the group, to add blessings or Father Mateo to cancel , your group should be flying through any campaign. But generally this deck will make you either very popular in your group. Or you can avenge all previous board game defeats by dishing out nasty encounters to others! (not recommended)

Strategy

Gloria wants to be 'looking' at the encounter cards as much as possible at least once per turn. When she is not doing that, she want to be either drawing cards or playing events. Events in this deck will help you plan ahead & deal with encounter cards.

Mulligan

Mulligan for Scrying or Scroll of Secrets. Don't underestimate Scroll of Prophecies though, its a brilliant card up early.

Card Review

Scrying or Scroll of Secrets lets you trigger your ability. Twice in one round if you have both. I prefer to get 3 encounter cards underneath Gloria as quickly as possible. Tucking encounter cards underneath Gloria is extremely powerful. Just imagine the amount of times the encounter discard piles shuffles back in to the encounter pile. That card underneath Gloria has the potential to not see light of day ever again :D

Ineffable Truth deals with your enemies. You want this in play as soon as possible. Sword Cane is your back up plan, ideally you want your hards holding both the scrolls. You don't need Sword Cane in play unless absolutely necessary.

St. Hubert's Key is perfect for Gloria Goldberg boosting both her & . Gloria can support investigating with her high intellect.

Ruth Westmacott is a strong card! Because it does not exhaust. It opens the opportunity for Gloria to tuck in encounter cards again as she discards them!

"Let me handle this!" will let you take tests others don't want, after all you are the script writer and it doesnt always go to plan...

Deny Existence helps you with Liber Omnium Finium or other pesky encounter cards...

First Watch lets you trigger your ability before your turn begins, very handy indeed. It saves your charges for Scrying and secrets for Scroll of Secrets.

Parallel Fates is another card that allows you to save Scrying and Scroll of Secrets. Ideally you do not want to pull a special token because generally you would prefer to know which encounter cards are coming next.

Ward of Protection is your staple encounter protection. This should be upgraded to the x2 experience version, so it triggers for any investigator anywhere.

Enraptured helps you put more charges back on. This should be upgraded to Twila Katherine Price. After all, Ruth Westmacott knows her very well from those Afterschool club Art lessons ;)

Guts is not essentially needed. I use this for upgrade fodder.
